LABTRIACTIV mail-in rebate program
Purchases must be made in Canada between March 27th, 2025 and June 30th, 2025. Your claim must be submitted online or by mail by July 31st, 2025.
Product eligible for mail-in rebate:
- $10 mail-in rebate on each purchase of a LABTRIACTIV product.
Important: Keep a copy of your invoice
- You will receive $10 for every LABTRIACTIV product purchased. One (1) per LABTRIACTIV product.
- Only one invoice can be submitted per claim, if you have purchased eligible products on multiple invoices, please fill out a separate claim for each invoice.
- For any information regarding our products, please consult your eye care professionnal. Please allow up to 8 weeks to receive your refund. If you have not received anything after 8 weeks, contact us at labtician@redemco.com.
- Labtician is not responsible for incomplete or misdirected claims due to technical problems upon submission.
- This mail-in rebate is subject to all federal and provincial laws as well as all applicable municipal by-laws. Any fraudulent submission may result in legal action.
- Labtician reserves the right to interrupt or modify this mail-in rebate at any time, without notice.
HOW TO CLAIM YOUR REBATE:
- Once your eligible purchase has been made, register your claim online at www.labtriactivpromotion.com, no later than July 31st, 2025.
- Complete the claim form.
- Attach a copy of your invoice* that you have previously scanned or via the “ATTACH YOUR INVOICE” button on the form via a mobile device which will also give you the option to attach an image directly via the camera application.
*Your invoice must clearly indicate the name of the product purchased, the date of purchase, the invoice number and the name and address of the Eye Care Professional.
If one of these conditions is not respected, the claim will be rejected.
Debit card, credit card and bank statements are not accepted.
